Great kitchenette option available for meal prep. Decent heating throughout the facilities.

Room cleanliness left much to be desired, with visible dirt and dust in corners. Stains on furniture and bedding were concerning. No air conditioning.

The main plus was its central location - everything in Clermont-Ferrand was then in walking distance or a tram ride. Having a Carrefour 2 minutes away was also useful.

It took a day to fix two light bulbs. One piece of crockery was missing so the service was not brilliant

Thank you for a real good stay. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, managed the parking nearby. The location is magnificent and ideal on a pedestrian street. The bets part that it's just off IN THE CITY CENTRE, place de Jaude and the tramway and shops and restaurants.

A cozy stay in Clermont-Ferrand

The room was spacious and equipped with a small kitchen, perfect for preparing meals.

The entrance was confusing, and I encountered difficulty with parking arrangements, which detracted from an otherwise pleasant experience.

Convenience of location, rooms clean, functional and comfortable. Just whatr we wanted.

Rooms are a little bit old an ugly. Tv is too small and old.

The studio had a great kitchen with everything I needed. The location felt safe and was convenient. I appreciated the low price during the film festival. There was a strong cleaning detergent smell in the room that lingered. The carpet looked worn and stained. Communication with the staff was a bit challenging, as some struggled with English. I had a decent stay but the cleanliness and odor in the room made it less enjoyable.

Best place in Clermont Ferrand. Staff was very friendly and helpful particularly Sabrina.

Option of television channels to watch in English language

Excellent location

No air condition or other means of ventilation facilities, no English TV chanals (CNN, MTV ect). I would not stay there in the summer.

The location is very good. The room had a small kitchen that was perfect for two and was nice and clean. It was cozy with windows that opened to an inner courtyard. I loved having everything I needed during my short visit 😊

Room was good

Hotel is impossible to find, even with Sat-nav !!!!. There are drunks and beggars hanging round just outside, this can be intimidating. There is a huge building site just in front of the hotel as well. Parking was a nightmare. If the room had not been quiet and functional it would of been a disaster.

Good location, very central with buses and tramway around. Supermarket just downstairs,very handy. Receptionist very friendly.

Not about the hotel itself but there's massive shopping center under progress and it might be noisy, but the reception staff is very kind, just need to ask them a quiet room!

Lovely comfortable bed and crsip sheets.

The building site beneath. I also found the street below very isolated and dark at night (possible because of the building site) and would not reccomend a person walking alone back to the hotel after dark. Also at this time of night there is no porter on duty and so it could be very scary if one felt they were being followed.

Breakfast was very good, room was clean
